Voyago maintains a national blacklist of operators, drivers, and vehicles with documented misconduct. A blacklisted entity cannot re-register using any linked phone number, Aadhaar number, vehicle registration, or driving licence.
If you have a safety incident with a Voyago-verified provider, we will provide full support, facilitate police complaints, ensure refund processing, and conduct a full investigation within 48 hours.
